Product & Fit
How do your shoes fit?
Both our men's and women's shoes are made on unique lasts for each gender to ensure a great fit. We find the women's Unos to be true to size or slightly small. For men, we recommend ordering your dress shoe size, which is usually 1/2 size down from your sneaker size. You can also view our size charts - Men and Women.
Where are your shoes made?
Coursers are handmade in Italy. Learn more about the making of our shoes on our About page.
Orders & Shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and Klarna.
How long will it take to get my order?
Just 2 short days! And it's free! We ship all USA orders via UPS 2nd day air. If your order is placed by Noon EST, Monday through Thursday, it will ship out that day. If placed after Noon, it will ship out the following business day.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

The size I want is sold out, what should I do?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy?
We have a "No Rules" return policy for a full 60 days after purchase. We not only want you to try on your Coursers, we want you to experience them. We're certain you will love your Coursers, but if not, you can return them for a full refund, no questions asked, worn or not, within 60 days. Learn more about our "No Rules" returns here.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. We will provide a return label for you to ship back the shoes.
How do I exchange an item?
To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Center. We will provide a return shipping label and ship out your new shoes asap!
